Israeli scientists have recently “revealed genetic ties between globally dispersed Jews and non-Jewish populations in the Middle East. This fits with the idea that most contemporary Jews descended from ancient Hebrew and Israelite residents in the Middle Eastern region known as the Levant.”
This finding comes in convenient timing for Zionists, considering Helen Thomas’ recent remarks advocating that Jews return to where they came from, Poland and Germany.
Let’s assume for the sake of argument that the Israeli scientists were entirely objective and that their findings are accurate. How does that justify colonization of Palestine, the inevitable argument Zionists will use these findings for? Can an Arab reclaim Spain if genetic studies were to find Arabs had in fact once lived there? Malcolm X said it best:
Did the Zionists have the legal or moral right to invade Arab Palestine, uproot its Arab citizens from their homes and seize all Arab property for themselves just based on the “religious” claim that their forefathers lived there thousands of years ago? Only a thousand years ago the Moors lived in Spain. Would this give the Moors of today the legal and moral right to invade the Iberian Peninsula, drive out its Spanish citizens, and then set up a new Moroccan nation … where Spain used to be, as the European zionists have done to our Arab brothers and sisters in Palestine?
